Sausage dry-cured semi-dry "Salami Montagna" - is made according to Italian technology under the trade mark Salumi di Bosco. The production is located in the Vladimir region in the city of Kameshkovo on the territory of the Kameshkovo Industrial Park. The opening of production was carried out with the direct participation of a team of professionals from Italy. For its preparation, only natural, fresh pork meat with pork fat was used. It is a fermented product that has been dried, the shell of which is coated with edible cultures of the Penicillus fungus, which adds flavor and helps to preserve the freshness of the product. The sausage is distinguished by its inherent aroma of dry-cured pork leg with a subtle hint of mushroom and a subtle hint of garlic. The contrast of the very nature of Italy dictates the variety and brightness of salami flavors. This product is widely used as a stand-alone snack and is an integral part of some types of pizza, salads and other dishes.
